How to Change Culture

Changing organisational culture requires more than launching a programme or introducing a new set of values.

In this video, Lucy Trueman shares three practical steps for creating meaningful culture change: understand the underlying beliefs and assumptions shaping the current culture, challenge unhelpful assumptions with clear evidence, and equip leaders to shape culture intentionally through their everyday actions.

She also explains why consistency and alignment are essential. Organisations must demonstrate the culture they want to create through their decisions, behaviours and ways of working, rather than relying on posters or statements alone.
