At Trueman Change, we’re conducting research into the human impact of Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) to help others navigate this challenging process.
We’re looking to interview:
- Officers who have been through or are currently experiencing LGR.
- Elected members who have faced or are facing LGR.
- Individuals who left their organisation mid-process to understand why and how to reduce this risk.
